  1. Navigating Dashboards
    Learn what CyReport Dashboards are, how they support real-time operations, and how login, SSO, and auto-start behaviour work for wallboards and shared screens.
  2. Dashboard Settings and Widget Interactions
    Configure dashboard background colours, device layout guides, and widget interactions. Learn how drill-downs connect summary dashboards to detailed reports.
  3. Widgets: Types, Purpose, and Configuration
    Learn which widget to use for each insight (Pie, Bar, Speedo, Combo, Box, Text, Clock, Picture, Feed), then configure it properly using the Data and Style tabs. Connect widgets to real-time metrics, report data, or custom SQL queries. Set functions, formats, filters, and refresh intervals so the widget is both accurate and readable.

  1. Styling and Layout Design Options
    Apply fonts, colours, transparency, and layout guides to improve readability and consistency across screens. Style widgets down to row and cell level.
  2. Thresholds and Alerts
    Set up cell-level and column-level thresholds to trigger visual changes, emails, and SMS alerts when critical conditions are met.
  3. Data Metrics- Real-Time and Custom Queries
    In this module, you’ll learn how to use real-time metrics and custom queries to power widgets with reliable, relevant data.
  4. Creating and Configuring Sliders
    Build rotating dashboards for wallboards and passive displays. Control order, timing, and default behaviour on login.
  5. Dashboards That Drive Action
